Esso permette di riscaldare il prodotto a temperatura voluta da 4 a 90∞C. Per la maggior parte viene usato sia per riscaldare il latte che per riscaldare il siero e fare la ricotta in modo istantaneo. E' realizzato tutto in acciaio inox AISI 304, con varie capacità lavorative da 1.000 a 10.000 Lt/h. Quadro elettrico di controllo e di comando, a tenuta stagna. Comandi a bassa tensione secondo le normative vigenti.

It allows to heat the product at a desiderd temperature from 4 to 90∞C. For the most part it is used to heat both milk and serum and to make ricotta instantaneously. It is realized in AISI 304 stainless steel, with working capacity from 1.000 to 10.000 lt/hour. Electric driver and control board, watertight. Controls low-tension as law in force.
