The production of ricotta and cheese

The company thinks, planes and builds complete lines for the production of ricotta and cheeses with the possibility of curdling, breaking, draining and moulding all is completely automatic. 


The plants are thought and built according to the customer’s needs and the type of product ( ricotta, salted ricotta, edammer, feta cheese, gorgonzola, Parmesan cheese, and so on.)


The production of ricotta and cheese of  2000 Kg/h:

 - Polyvalent composed of:

   Support of cutter sized with regards to the desired cut

   Adjustable speed of cutter's support 

   Planetary for a breaking and an homogenous agitation of the product

   Temperature display


- Mould and curd draining systems 


- Double bottom vat  for the production of ricotta and cheese (from 300 Kg/h to 800Kg/h of milk)


- Flocculators ( particular request of automatic ricotta production and on a large scale)
