This automatic plant is suitable to cut curd in cubes or julienne. Production of 1.000 Kg/h.

This plant is completely automatized and permits customer to cut, transport, weigh and package in continuous way and above all to control all the stages  of the process from the thickness of the cube to the weighting and packaging.
