The production of mozzarella

The company thinks, planes and builds complete lines for the stretching of pasta filata cheeses 

with an high degree of humidity and automatic moulding of mozzarella in different sizes (plaited, pearl, cherry, knot and oval shapes, and so on). The plants are sized according to the production capacity of customer.


The production of fresh mozzarella

 - Continuous stretching machine (for production from 500 to 2000 Kg/h) composed of:

    Processing chamber of pre- stretching with double augers

    Processing chamber

    Preparer for hot water 

    Vat for discharge of stretching water

 - Automatic moulding machine available in various models 

 - Compact moulding-stretching machine (for production from 500 to 400 Kg/h)

 - Cooling system
