Moulding machine MF26

 

The moulding machine MF 26 is suitable for a production from 50 to 200 Kg/h of output. 

The body of machine has a double chamber electrically heated and monitored by an electronic thermoregulator, in order to register practically the desired temperature. 

 

The machine is fitted with an electrically-heated jacket to allow the product to be kept constantly at the ideal moulding temperature and produce a product of good quality. The parts in contact with the product are coated by non-sticking material and sintered at high temperatures.  The speed of rotating augers and roller are electronically and individually monitored by command panels. Inclination is variable and depends on the type of product to process. After choosing the type of product to produce, the machine is automatically put on the desired level.

 

IANNELLO INOX’s moulding machine  permits to obtain different type of products depending on the choice made before and during the production, in addition to the available accessories. The stretching water created during the production, is recovered through lateral discharging valve which is linked with an exterior possible part.

 

The machine is suitable for the production of  all mozzarella-like cheese, cherry size, braids or more dry product (caciocavallo, baby cheese, provolone) and all spherical cheese, etc. 

The weight of products depends on the mould and the machine is equipped with moulds of different types. Possibility to realize  moulds with the desired geometry.

 

Moulding machine MF34

The moulding machine MF34  is suitable for a production from 200 to 500 Kg/h of output. 

The body of machine has a double chamber electrically heated and monitored by an electronic thermoregulator, in order to register practically the desired temperature.

Moulding machine for silani production MFG

The moulding machine is built in AISI 304 stainless steel with a production capacity  from 100 to 600 Kg/h.

Built with the aim of obtaining  the moulding of pasta filata cheese like: silano and caciocavallo. 

The body of machine has a double chamber electrically heated and monitored by an electronic thermoregulator, in order to register practically the desired temperature. 

 

The machine is fitted with an electrically-heated jacket to allow the product to be kept constantly at the ideal moulding temperature and produce a product of good quality. 

The parts in contact with the product are coated by non-sticking material and sintered at high temperatures.

 

The speed of 2 rotating augers and roller are electronically and individually monitored by command panels. Build entirely in AISI 304. The moulding is performed with a disk with an horizontal rotation  on which there are 3 cylindrical tubes of vertical diameter.  The weight adjustment is  simple and fast. 

 

Carousel moulding machine MFC

The moulding machine is entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel, with a production capacity  up to 2.500 Kg/h.

Built with the aim of obtaining the moulding of products for pizzeria of cylindrical and rectangular shape.

 

The body of machine has a double chamber electrically heated and monitored by an electronic thermoregulator, in order to register practically the desired temperature. 

 

The speed of the moulding head and augers is adjustable through a command panel, the regulation of the weight is carried out by an operator according to the type of product.

 

The cooling in the head is obtained through the circulation of cold water outside the moulding tubes.  The parts in contact with the product are coated by non-sticking material and sintered at high temperatures. 

 

 

Moulding machine for caciocavalli production MFC1T

 

 Moulding machine  built in Aisi 304 stainless steel, with a production capacity  up to 500 Kg/h. Built with the aim of obtaining automatically the moulding and the weight of pasta filata  products.  The weight is variable according customer’s specifications. It is good for the processing of products  like soft spun cheese, Caciocavallo, spherical and cylindrical provola.

 

The stretched curd is introduced in the hopper and by means of two counter-rotating augers is pushed towards the moulds. The machine is equipped with a rotating head with an horizontal knife on which there are 2 moulds that ensure the spherical moulding of the product and a good result on the cut finishing. The discharge of product happens automatically and safety.

 

The body of machine has a double chamber electrically heated and monitored by an operator panel. The parts in contact with the product are coated by non-sticking material and sintered at high temperatures

 

Moulding machine for caciocavalli production MFC2T

Moulding machine entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel, with a production capacity up to 1.000 Kg/h.  Built with the aim of obtaining automatically the moulding and the weight of pasta filata  products.  The weight is variable according customer’s specifications. It is good for the processing of products  like soft spun cheese, Caciocavallo, spherical and cylindrical provola.
