It is perfect for the production of ricotta, cheese and small production of Mozzarella.
Mini dairy has been designed and thought by IANNELLO INOX for small farm and dairy farming where there is few space.
The plant is equipped with:
• STEAM GENERATOR: Monobloc, flame inversion, wet-base, fire tube steam generator in compliance with Directive PED 97/23/EC, suitabled for liquid or gaseous fuels with project pressure of 0.98 bar, complete with regulation and safety accessories for automatic operation. External installation.
• DOUBLE BOTTOM WITH PLANETARY: made in stainless steel AISI 304 with Trapcold technology that permits an homogenous distribution of the steam inside the wall. It is fitted with a manual system for the choice of heating which can be: total heating on the vat bottom and on the wall or partial with heating on the wall depending on the productive customer requirements. It is also used to pasteurize and cool milk, until to reach coagulation temperature, then temperatures are registered and saved in order to print them when you need it. The planetary exerts a contrasting rotation on the utensils while rotating around itself. The support of cutter are made in stainless steel AISI 304 and their speed is managed by an operator through a potentiometer.
As an alternative to support of cutter, it is possible to request the mini dairy version with agitator.
