The stretching – moulding is a versatile machine, suitable for people who have few spaces and want to have the efficiency of 4 machines just in one. It is in fact composed of: curd- cutter, processing chamber of pre- stretching with double augers, discontinuous stretching machine with dipping arms, moulding machine with double augers and boiler all in one compact machine good for: restaurants, direct selling, farms, handmade laboratories, start-up and dairy.

Automatic and easy discontinuous stretching machine. Built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, the parts in contact with the product are coated by non-sticking material. Discontinuous stretching machine with reels is good for soft products like mozzarella and so on. The mechanical action of reels stretch the pasta, until to reach the desired softness and brightness of the moisture. The contrasting rotation of blades simulates the real movement of dairymaids ensuring the quality and the authenticity of output.

Thanks to its adjustable blades, the speed of variable reels, the automatic discharge, the automatic production and entry of warm water in the processing chamber, it is possible to realize a good quality processing keeping the originality of output.
Curd blocks are introduced into the curd-cutter and appropriately cut are put into the working compartment. Then the operator acting on the speed of blades and quantity of water in the processing chamber, in order to give it the desired texture.
Thanks to the inverter system, the reels have an adjustable speed, but it is also possible to increase and reduce the speed directly by potentiometer suited on the command panel and to inverse the direction of reels ensuring the homogeneity of product. As soon as the mixture reaches the desired features, it will be automatically and easy discharged by augers pushing.
